Total = Delivery Fee + Weight Surcharge + Box Surcharge (if any) + Platform Fee (2% + ₹10) + GST
Example: Small parcel, 2km, standard box
Same parcel in a protective box: ₹84.95. In an insulated box: ₹95.19.
Fragile, or needs to stay cold?
Pick a box when you book. Only partners carrying that box are offered your parcel — we would rather decline the job than hand a cake to a rider without a rigid carrier.
An ordinary delivery bag. Fine for documents, clothes, electronics, books.
Rigid carrier kept flat and upright. Cakes, sweets, glassware — anything that must not tip.
Thermal bag with gel packs. Ice cream, frozen food, chilled items.
A parcel can need more than one — a cake and a tub of ice cream go to a partner holding both.
